Subscription Policy

We do not currently offer subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase options. All orders placed on this store are one-time purchases, governed by our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. If subscription options are introduced in the future, their full terms will be presented clearly at checkout before you enroll.
Previously Enrolled Subscriptions
If you enrolled in a subscription in the past, the terms below continue to apply to your existing subscription until it is cancelled.
FTC Click-to-Cancel Compliance: We make it as easy to cancel your subscription as it was to sign up. You can cancel at any time without needing to call, speak to a representative, or complete any additional steps beyond your cancellation request.
How to Cancel
- Use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account and navigate to Account → Subscriptions, then select "Cancel Subscription."
- Or email us at support@thegreatproject.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription — [Your Order Number]". We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and confirm by email.
There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previously processed orders.
Pre-Charge Notification
For any active subscription, we send an email notification at least 3 days before each scheduled recurring charge, including the billing date, amount, and instructions to modify, pause, or cancel before the charge is processed.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we retry the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all attempts fail, the subscription is suspended and you will be notified by email.
Refunds
Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@thegreatproject.com within 7 days of the charge date and we will investigate promptly.
