Shipping policy

At The Great Project (operated by EY Digital Brands LLC), we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and transparently. Please review our shipping terms below before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). This applies to all orders, regardless of shipping destination. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Cost

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico. The exact shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates available for your destination are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

United States

  • Free Tracked Shipping — $0.00, delivered in approximately 7–12 business days. No minimum purchase and no coupon code required — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
  • Priority Shipping — $9.99, delivered in approximately 5–8 business days.

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico

Free tracked shipping is available on international orders. Orders are priced and charged in your local currency where available (CAD, GBP, AUD, MXN), as shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

All delivery estimates are counted in business days from the date of dispatch:

  • United States: 7–12 business days (free shipping) or 5–8 business days (priority)
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico: 7–12 business days

International deliveries may be extended by customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

4. Carriers and Shipping Partners

We ship via a network of trusted logistics partners, including:

  • DHL
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • YunExpress
  • Other regional last-mile delivery partners (depending on your location)

The carrier assigned to your order is determined by your destination and order size.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@thegreatproject.com.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico. We are continuously expanding — as new destinations become available, the options and costs for your country will appear automatically at checkout.

6a. International Orders — Currency, Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States are priced in your local currency where available (CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom, AUD for Australia, MXN for Mexico), as displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

If any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are levied on your shipment and were not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs inspections may occasionally extend delivery times; such delays are outside our control.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete (including apartment number, postal code, and country). We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. No refunds will be issued for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@thegreatproject.com. We can only update addresses before the order is dispatched.

8. Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team at support@thegreatproject.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and respond within 5 business days. Where a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment collected, we are unable to modify the order (including items, quantities, or shipping address after dispatch). If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at support@thegreatproject.com before the order is dispatched. We cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order enters the fulfillment process.
