Yes. All TGP™ gear is tested to relevant safety and performance standards before release. Always read and follow the instructions included with each product, and familiarize yourself with your gear before relying on it in the field.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico. We are continuously expanding — available options for your country always appear at checkout. Contact us at support@thegreatproject.com for other shipping inquiries.

What shipping options do you offer?

United States:

  • Free Tracked Shipping — Delivered in 7–12 business days at no cost
  • Priority Shipping — Delivered in 5–8 business days for $9.99

International (Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico): free tracked shipping, delivered in 7–12 business days. Orders are priced in your local currency where available (CAD, GBP, AUD, MXN), and exact options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at support@thegreatproject.com and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear for any reason within 30 days of delivery, contact our support team to initiate a return. The same guarantee applies to every country we ship to.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, in the currency of your original purchase.
