Billing Terms
When you place an order with TGP™ (The Great Project), your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, in the currency shown at checkout — for example, USD for the United States, CAD for Canada, GBP for the United Kingdom, AUD for Australia, or MXN for Mexico, depending on your shipping destination.
Billing Descriptor
Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement under one of the following descriptors:
- THE GREAT PROJECT
- TGP
- EY DIGITAL BRANDS LLC
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing with your bank — we can resolve most issues quickly.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal, and Whop. All transactions are encrypted; we never store your full card number.
One-Time Purchases
All orders are currently sold as one-time purchases — we do not currently offer subscription or recurring-billing options. If you previously enrolled in a subscription, you can manage or cancel it at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the currency of the original purchase, within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
