These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EY Digital Brands LLC, doing business as TGP (The Great Project) ("we", "us"). They apply when you use thegreatproject.com or our order pages, or buy any of our products. By using our sites or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read section "Disputes and arbitration": it includes binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our sites or place an order.

Our products

We sell physical products for personal use, including Power Belt Pro, a wearable EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) belt, and Body EMS Conductivity Spray. You may not buy our products for resale. We try to describe products, colors and prices accurately but do not guarantee every description is error-free.

EMS safety and health disclaimer

Power Belt Pro is an EMS muscle stimulation device for general wellness use. We do not claim it is a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for exercise, a healthy diet or medical care.

  • Do not use an EMS device if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device.
  • Do not use it if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
  • Do not use it if you have epilepsy or a heart condition.
  • Do not place the belt, or apply the spray, on broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
  • Start at the lowest intensity and follow the instructions included with the product.
  • Body EMS Conductivity Spray is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and keep it out of reach of children.
  • If you have any medical condition, or are unsure whether EMS is right for you, consult your doctor before use.

Results vary from person to person. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Product information on our sites is general information, not medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency for your shipping destination and may change without notice. We accept major cards, digital wallets and other methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment processors. Payment is taken when you place your order. Charges appear on your statement as THE GREAT PROJECT, TGP or EY DIGITAL BRANDS LLC. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if it looks fraudulent or an item is unavailable; if we do, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

These policies form part of these Terms:

  • Shipping Policy: processing within 1 to 2 business days and free standard tracked shipping in 7 to 12 business days.
  • Refund Policy: our 90-day money-back guarantee.
  • Privacy Policy: how we handle your information.

Using our sites

Use our sites only for lawful purposes. Do not try to hack, overload, scrape or copy them, upload harmful code, or impersonate anyone. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, or tag us on social media, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent license to use it in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and is lawful. We may remove any content.

Intellectual property

All content on our sites, including text, images, logos and videos, belongs to EY Digital Brands LLC or its licensors. Do not copy or use it without our written permission. To report copyright infringement, email support@thegreatproject.com with the details of the work and where it appears.

Warranty disclaimer

Apart from our 90-day money-back guarantee and any rights you have under law, our sites and products are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EY Digital Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or sites.

Disputes and arbitration

Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you and we agree that it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in English. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action or other representative proceeding.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@thegreatproject.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", your full name and order email, within 30 days of your first purchase.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be heard in the state or federal courts in Cheyenne, Wyoming. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may send notices and records to you electronically, by email or on our sites. Marketing texts are sent only if you opt in.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the policies listed above are the entire agreement between you and us.
